Shipping

Prescriptions are dispensed by licensed US compounding pharmacies and shipped directly to you. Most orders ship within 3–7 business days following clinician approval. Tracking information will be emailed once your order leaves the pharmacy.

Returns

Per federal and state law, prescription medications generally cannot be returned once dispensed. If your medication arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we will work with the dispensing pharmacy to make it right.

Refunds

Consultation fees are refundable prior to your scheduled appointment in accordance with our cancellation policy. Medication costs are non-refundable once dispensed.
